Saboto Caesar enlisted for medicinal cannabis industry

Saint Kitts and Nevis enlisted former St. Vincent and the Grenadines Agriculture Minister Saboto Caesar to help start its medicinal cannabis industry, which a 17 July report described as stalled after nearly four years of promises, executive changes and limited visible progress. Newsful has not independently confirmed the account of the industry's progress. As of 17 July, no government timeline for issuing cannabis licences has been published.
